Karmela Palma Samson is a Doctorate in Business Administration candidate at San Beda University. She also holds a LLM Masters of Laws in International Trade and Commercial Law from the University of Essex and an Executive Masters in Business Administration from the Ateneo de Manila University. Karmela has several professional certifications, including Certified Organization Development Coach, Project Management Professional, and Certified Learning and Development Professional, among others. She is working with the Qatar Financial Centre Regulatory Authority in the Strategy & Organisational Development Department. Karmela is a published academic journal author, focusing her research on organization development, business excellence, women’s development, ESG, and human resources.
