How to Submit Your Paper

To join the call for papers 2025, submit your abstract via the ONLINE SUBMISSION FORM.

Submission Guidelines:

  • Abstracts should report original, unpublished research.
  • Submissions will be evaluated based on originality, research depth, relevance, and adherence to conference themes.
  • Detailed guidelines for full paper submissions will be provided upon abstract acceptance.

Important Deadlines

  • Abstract Submission Deadline: 31 October 2025
  • Early Bird Registration Deadline: 11 June 2025
  • Early Registration Deadline: 11 August 2025
  • Late Registration Deadline: 11 November 2025
  • Conference Dates: 21 – 23 November 2025

Authors will receive feedback on their abstract submission within 7–14 days. Accepted papers will have the opportunity for inclusion in Conference Proceedings, indexed journals, or as a monograph.
